Sri Swamiji Says

Since God resides in Humans and not on some mountain top, it is important to always bear in mind that Human Service is Godly Service.

Serving humbly - even to those who are full of
ego will help them to understand how prepared and dedicated you are.

Volunteerism is not a easy job. Don't just serve with just physical body. Add to it the devotion and humility.

Special Update - Marakata Moorthy
Marakata Hanuman for Frisco Temple
Marakata (Jade/ Green Emerald) is a precious and delicate gemstone. Carving an idol out of this is not only difficult but quite risky. The sculptor has to be extra cautious with every mark makes with his chisel and hammer. His heart thumps with every stroke on the stone for the fear that it may break. After all, finding a stone of the size needed to make a statue is a miracle in itself and possible only through divine grace. It is a slow process requiring great patience and concentration.

His Holiness Sri Swamiji is closely supervising the carving of the actual Marakata stone as the Lord Hanuman moorthy destined for our Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple is revealed. The photo above is of the actual moorthy taken very recently. Jai Hanuman!
Lord Hanuman Story

In the last newsletter, we learned that Sugreev reluctantly became
king of Kiskinda after Vali's untimely death and immediately installed Vali's son, Angada, as the crown-prince.

King Sugreev carried on his duties with a heavy heart. But contrary to what everyone thought, Vali was not dead. He had defeated the demon in the cave. But exhausted and badly wounded after the long, ruthless combat, he couldn't answer the calls of those searching for him. As he made his way to the entrance of the cave, he found it blocked but managed to get out.

He returned to Kishkinda to find Sugreev, ruling the kingdom with Queen Tara as his wife! Vali was blinded by rage. He decided that Sugreev had trapped him in the cave to steal the crown for himself. Hanuman tried to talk to him as the Prime Minister and his friend but Vali would not listen to reason.

There was only one place Sugreev would be safe from Vali's wrath - the Rushyamuka hill. Vali, who was cursed to die if he sets foot on that hill, was forced to stay away. But he took retribution on Sugreev by forcibly keeping Ruma, his wife, in Kishkinda despite her pleas to be with Sugreev.

Meanwhile, Sugreev entered exile with Hanuman and three other ministers at his side and stayed near Sage Matanga's ashram on the Rushyamuka hill.

Will be continued...

Thank you for supporting the Hanuman Temple. Come and take Lord Hanuman's darshan in the wonderful Hanuman Cultural Center.
Jai Hanuman!
